Your hostesses for the night will be Leeha Harvill and Erin Hale.
In this Bread Making class you will learn the benefits and basics of sourdough and how to care for your starter.
You will also learn the difference between discard and active starter, and gain knowledge of all items needed to make your sourdough journey successful. This class will give you hands on experiences such as learning how to do stretch and folds and feed your starter so you can keep baking all year long.
You will go home with your very own active starter and PDF with recipes to try on your own!
We will also have sourdough samples to taste such as: an artisan loaf, cookies, and other baked treats.
Price per ticket is $65
Run time for this class is approximately 2 hours, or whenever project is completed.
